Patricia Sutherland is the Library Manager at the College of the North Atlantic – Qatar. Ms. Sutherland has worked in special, public and academic libraries for over 18 years introducing and incorporating emerging technologies with library services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Library and Information Science.
